SOME DUTIES WITH BFC: When video projects are in swing I typically sit in front of a Cinema Display close to 8 hours a day. Rendering breaks consist of a quick 30 min skatepark shred. I love it. Its just that life we live.
LOCAL SKATEPARK: CdA till I die. The best and worst skatepark ever constructed and the first park ever built in Idaho. Little history lesson for you kids.
FAVORITE PREACHER: Jesse Duplantis for sure haha (that one’s for my boy T-diddy)
FAVORITE BIBLE VERSE: When I was sitting in Jail, February of 2007, God spoke to me for the first time through Romans 5:3-5. Peep it. That’s real talk, from my Jesus.
FAVORITE BRAND: If OBEY wasn’t so Liberal. If S&M bikes wasn’t so gnarly. Basically, there’s a lot of good people doing good things for the wrong reason, they need some Jesus.
HOW MANY LANGUAGES DO YOU SPEAK: Uno. Yo no hablo Inglés?
“The first thing that came to mind is how I like the irregulars of life. I like things to be spiced up a bit and my persona changed along the way. These dudes were put in my life just for that.
CL smooth, Jordan, Scott, Jesse, Corey. Mentor in Christ, life and anything in the future. These the people that at different times and in different ways have spoken into my life. The thing about BFC or church in general is that it’s so much about the family and brotherhood. More so than even my own family ya know? I thank God Almighty every day for this life. Can’t imagine heaven haha shoot!
I remember being broken as glass at Youth Group a month or two after getting out of Jail and these dudes Jesse Mays and Noel Riske came over and prayed for me, invited me to come to some weird “BFC small group”. I remember wanting to go pretty bad and have been involved ever since. God bless those men.” — Joshua Monteith
“As a videographer and editor, Josh is using his gifts from the Lord for the Lord, and I’m absolutely inspired by what I see.” — Scott Yamamura
